雙軸槳葉混合機性能特點： 1．混合周期短、混合均勻度高：物料在 45—60S 時間內混合均勻度 CV ≤ 5％，減少了混合時間，提高了生產效率； 2．裝填量可變范圍大：裝填系數可變范圍為 0.1 一 0.8，適用于多行業中 不同密度、粒度等物料的混合； 3．混合不產生偏析：該機在 1 分鐘內混合均勻后，物料不發生分級現象， 且不會因為密度、粒度等物性差別大而產生偏析； 4．出料快、殘留量小：底部采用氣動全長雙開門結構，排料迅速、殘留少。
